Still Centre

You are welcome to join us on the first Sunday evening of each month (except January) at 7.00 pm for a little over an hour of music, meditation, silence and stillness.

Evenings will include:-
quiet music, at start and end.
one of a range of sacred readings
followed by a gently guided silent reflective process, (lectio divina) (staying open to how the reading may touch us and speak into our own lives and world).
