Exploring Sacred Spaces 2026 at All Saints Howick

Open Our Doors, Share Our Story

Saturday, 19 September 2026
1:00 pm to 3:00 pm

All Saints Anglican Church, Howick, is delighted to be taking part in the Auckland Inter-Faith Council’s Exploring Sacred Spaces 2026 programme, an annual initiative that encourages people to visit places of worship, meet faith communities, and learn about their beliefs and traditions firsthand.

Since 2017, Exploring Sacred Spaces has provided Aucklanders with opportunities to experience the rich diversity of the city’s religious life through free public visits to churches, temples, mosques, and other sacred spaces. The programme aims to build understanding, respect, and friendship across faith communities.

The 2026 programme features visits to a variety of faith communities across Auckland, including Bahá’í, Buddhist, Christian, Hindu, and Muslim places of worship. Through these open days, participants gain a deeper appreciation of Auckland’s religious diversity and the values that unite our communities.

Come and help us celebrate understanding, friendship, and dialogue as we open our doors to the wider community.
