All Souls Day

This is an invitation to you, your family and friends, to our Sunday morning worship on  Sunday, 8 November, All Souls Day, 9:30am.

All Souls Day is celebrated in the Anglican Church as the “Commemoration of the Faithful Departed” to remember and pray for all who have died. The service will be about an hour will conclude with a blessings of the All Saints cemetery.

Refreshments will be served following the service.

This service is an opportunity especially for people who have experienced bereavement in recent years to gather. As we affirm hope in the resurrection we are invited to give thanks for the lives of loved ones and all who have died. In our joining together we are reminded that death does not sever the connection between the living and the departed, love remains.

The service starts at 9:30am in the main church.

Everyone is welcome, whether  it’s your first time to church, coming back after having been away for awhile or gather with us week by week. And you of course may bring as many people as you wish.
